How to Prepare For Practice
Wrestling Attire:
- 
- Must wear Academy ranked shirt
 - Leggings, shorts, sweats
 - No pockets or zippers
 - No Jewelry of any kind
 - Head Gear optional
 - Mouth guard optional
 - wrestling shoes
- Asics, Rudis, Adidas
 
 - Showered and Clean!!!
 
 
Pre Practice:
- 
- Eat a balanced meal 65% carbohydrates, 25% protein, 10%fat
 - Eat and finish meal 1hr prior to training
 - Be very well hydrated
 - Be rested and ready to train
 - Don't come to training if your sick
 - Ready to learn with a good attitude!
 
 
Wednesday (July 2nd)
 6pm-730pm 90 minutes
- Girls & Boys 4th-8th grade *Must contact or register to attend
 
Sunday's Schedule
 9am-1030am 90 minutes
- Girls & Boys 4th-8th grade *Must contact or register to attend
 
Sunday Future Champs ages: 4-7
 8am-855am 55 minutes
- Beginner Level Class
 
*Live Training Fridays 730-8pm, after normal time.
*Live Training Sunday1030-11am, after normal time.
